First of all you will have to root your galaxy y latter on you can also unroot it. To root your galaxy y you will have to install a update.zip file to your phone. Now switch off your phone and Switch on in recovery mode by pressing Power, Volume Up and Home buttons together(see the picture on left) Now when you have enter the recovery mode select “Apply Update from SD card” (move up and down with volume key and home key to select) Now select Update.zip that you downloaded and placed on your home directory from the list.Let the process be completed and reboot your device. Now to know that your galaxy y is rooted open menu and you will find superuser.
To unroot samsung galaxy y download this file update-unroot.zip click here to download and procedure is same as above.
Next you will have to install Chainfire3d click here to download After installing open Chainfire3d and give super user right open Chainfire3d and select Install Shaders/plugins click here to download plugins and Shaders and extract it on your sd card and install it there are three files libglemu_Qualcomm.zip, libglemu_powervr.zip and libglemu_nvidia.zip.
Now go back in Chainfire3d and select Default opengl settings here you can adjust your texture quality better to reduce etc .Now scroll down and select Use plugin and select Qualcomm.
Now You can Download and install Hd Games on galaxy y.....

Galaxy y S5360 battery life problem solved to some extend !

When i first used this phone i found that its battery does not last long and need to be charged twice a day. Even after killing the applications that are running in background and decreasing the brightness of the screen but now the battery life get increased and not needed to be charged frequently. On the first use with stock 2.3.5 Gingerbread i found that the life of battery fully charged is not more then 3-4 hours when we use the phone continuously but with the latest update of the firmware that released on 02/12/2011 update version 2.3.6 Gingerbread with KK1 and now KL1the battery life get increased and can be used for longer period then before but still follow the steps below to save consumption of battery to download the latest version of phone firmware updater visit the official site Click here

Then click on Export Bookmarks to Html.. or "E" and select the place to save and click on save. that is all your bookmarks are now safe.
If you want to restore your bookmarks
Go to menu bar

New library window will appear

I have tested and we can use more then five characters, the only thing is that the size of start button increased.One more thing you can use different labels for Windows classic Style and different label for Windows XP style at the same time.The first thing you need to modify the start button of windows xp is a tool called Resource Hacker by Angus Johnson.Resource Hacker can be used to Analyze, change, add, erase or extract resources in EXE and DLL files. After Downloading install "Resource Hacker" and now go to your windows installation directory that is C:\WINDOWS and make backup of Explorer.exe just copy and past it to some other place like on your desktop so you can backup if some thing go wrong. Now right click the file explorer.exe and select the second option "Open using Resource Hacker". Now Resource Hacker hacker will open the exe for editing. Now you will see two panels right containing description left containing category's .In the left category panel select the String Table category and click on + sign to expand it in the sub category now navigate down to string 37 if you want to change start button for Windows XP Style and click on + sign to expand it select the language string for English version it is 1033 and click on it now see on right panel for this "Start" change the words inside the inverted comma example "Start" to "NandTech" or as you wish and click on Compile Script. To change the start button for Windows Classic Style just select the string 38 from left panel and rest same as above. Now after compiling script go to menu and select save. If your having error cannot create file C:\wind....\.....exe. Open Task Manager by pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del and select the tab Processes now select explorer.exe and click on End Process your windows will close don't worry still your task manager is open select the Application tab of Task Manager and click on New Task new window appears click on Browse and navigate to the place where you backup the file Explorer.exe now select the file explorer.exe and click on open. The explorer will open.now go to Resource Hacker click ok on error message and try again to save this time you will be success. Now as it is saved successfully to see the changes go to Task Manager >> Processes>>select explorer.exe and click on End Process. Now go to Applications tab of Task Manager>>New Task..>Browse...>>"C:\WINDOWS\explorer.exe" and>>open it .That is all you changed the start button label.of windows Xp.
